"I'm a big boy, you know. You could have just told me."

What he should have realised though, is that she chose to withhold what she
did, not because she felt he couldn't take what she had to say, but instead she
couldn't bare to tell him. Couldn't work up the courage to reveal the part of
herself she felt so ashamed about.

Sunday

So you know that day which comes just after Saturday, but right before Monday? Yeah well we call that Sunday.

Sun-Day.
Why sun day? I really fail to see why we should associate this day with the sun; the universal symbol of happiness, when frankly it deserves no such title. The day just after Saturday; widely regarded as the highlight of the week, but the day before Monday. That dreaded Monday.
Although, bad as sunday's are, I don't particularily enjoy Saturdays either, but thats just me.

oh how i [heart] my saturday nights. not.

So a while ago I decided that, due to lack of wall space I would stick photos to my ceiling. Yeah not the smartest idea I know. So you can imagine they fall down quite periodically.

Exhibit A;

Its been a while since I started doing it, and such some of the first ones I stuck up have begin to come off, but when they do, are you inclined to put them straight back? I mean like, to be frank some people I don't consider as 'friends' anymore, and such I don't particularly want to restick. But then if I don't, I feel way guilty, even though I know that they're never going to see the inside of my room [again]. So there's my dilemma.

And if you don't put them back; then what do you do with the photo? I mean I paid at least a whole ten cents for it, surely its destined for a greater purpose than landfill?

random

so i just managed to follow my own blog accidentally. seriously; google needs to improve their interface with the whole following/friend/etc thing.

this one night.

Ok so like this one night, we had this thing called a formal right, and like there was this afterparty, and it had a bar and like I was so happy, cos like I have ID right, and so like I had money to burn, and like alc is just so good right, and I like got a bit drunk right, and now I don't really remember but like people have been saying that like it was strange to see me more outgoing, which isn't totes a bad thing, right? but like then apparently i might have been doing a few things that like I shouldn't have been, and so like now every one has been asking me things. the end.

moral of the story; Don't get drunk [in front of people you know]

Suit + Tie = Formal `09

Nachos.

Q: How many guacs are in a bowl of guacamole?

not quite chem.. but yeah. rofl.

A: Avocados number.

Happy hour.

So kudos to Cordzy for sharing that auspicious moment with me;

Today my phone ticked over 100 hours worth of talking. ;). Yes that's all really. Wow #3 blog for today. Sorry for spamming. :(

*edit*

could be 200 hours. in fact it probably is... you see once it gets to 99, it goes back to zero. sigh. but yeah. so really any multiple of 100 really...

The Five Languages.

So I'm on the phone to Ms. Foo atm; questioning me about the five languages of love and apology...

http://www.fivelovelanguages.com/

So yeah, love is a little harder to dertermine, because I really can't decided.

But apology I can be more certain...

What I most looking for in an apology is maturity. I want to hear the offending party say 'I was wrong and I take repsonsibility for my actions.'

you will do wise to remember this. :P

Punishment?

So yeah, my sunday is rather the same.... Twitter.. blogger, facey, you tube. hmm. chemistry study? yeah should start soon..

In other news; CPDRC a prison in Cebu, Philippines [Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center] has a rather unusual form of punishment... ROFL

ATTN; BLOG-O-SPHERE

ZOMG. Epic Deja vu right there.

in other news; don't forget to RSS. and if you're not sure what that is.. then probably dont. you'll just get confused. :P

Vegi Village

.
.
[ok so i wrote this in grade two.. give me a break.. :P]

In a far away land there was a place called Vegi Village. One day Mr Carrots went out walking. On the way to the shops he said 'hello' to Mrs. Cabbage who was gardening. When he got to the shop he bought some milk and bread and then he started to go home, when he decided to go though the park because it was a shortcut and it was raining now. He passed the magic broccoli tree. Wait a minute! It was gone! He ran home as fast as he could and told his wife and his child and everyone else in Vegi Village.

The next day more trees were gone so Mr. Carrots held a meeting in the park. Mr Carrots said 'A terrible tragedy has happened as you probably know. Trees are missing from all over Vegi Village. So what can we do about this? Any suggestions?' the Mrs. Cabbage said; 'we could stay up all night and catch them'. So they stayed up all night, well most of the night anyway because they fell asleep. In the morning more trees were gone so they held another meeting and Mr Carrot said again; 'Any more suggestions?'. Then Mrs. Potatoes said; 'why don't we paint the trees blue and green?[to disguise them?]' So they did, but what they had forgotten was that the sky changes colour. So the next day they painted them Black and dark green. The next day the found that Mrs. Potatoes' plan had worked so the next night they stayed up all night and caught the tree nabbers. Stay tuned for the next episode of Vegi Village.

oh i was a funny one alright.

Racism.

[for full context see Cordelia's blog post... this was a comment to it]

OK so I'm in agreement with the fact that these 'racist' crimes were violent, and such a disgrace. BUT; I don't see these crimes racially motivated. It just so happens that young Indian males are of a persuasion that lends themselves to opportunistic behaviour.

Another point to mention; China's apparent abhorrence of these crimes to the point where they're considering abandoning student exchange services. This coming from the country who condemns Victoria on the eve of the 20th anniversary of that horrific attack of its own citizens in Tiannimen Square.

So you say, 'yes but that was 20 years ago; a lot has changed since then.' But has it? The fact that the government is still downplaying it (restricting Internet access and such) is something to be said. Even the knowledge that most younger citizens don't even know the importance of the date: June 4th. Though they have to be credited for something; they did a damn fine job at covering it up.

Meh. whatevs. my rant. more like a blog. but yeah. call me racist if you like. i don't really care.

iTunes

Ok so this has got me majorly pissed off, to the point where i'm almost uninstalling it, and voiding the use of my iPod. SO you know when you update something or add new music or anything remotely interesting and it comes up with that dialogue box with the green progress bar? The one where it doesn't actually want to you to do anything [like the others that have like 'cancel' or 'OK'] but decides to just be there and annoying anyway? Yeah you know what i'm talking about.

Well its not the fact that they render any functionality in iTunes void that annoys me, its more the fact that when they're taking a while [such as now when restoring my iPod Touch], and you switch to a different window, every thirty seconds it decides it should automatically switch back so you can see it has done absolutely nothing since the last time. Almost as if the programmers at Apple think that you should just wait staring at this stupid green progress bar for an hour and half while it does it's work.

Maybe its just because natively, apple producs are just incapable of doing more than one thing at once anyway.

Breakfast

So I might be alone in thinking this; but does anyone just absolutely love breakfast? Like I'm not talking about fancy-pants bacon and eggs or pancakes or something else utterly extravagant [because obviously pancakes beat everything], but just plain old normal cereal.

If every single variety wasn't so damn high in energy I could, and would eat it for every meal. :). Case in point; yesterday for the first time in forever I actually went grocery shopping.

Mum: Oh you need cereal yeah? grab one...
Me: ohhhh OK...... *looks around the isle for the next 10 mins trying to decide*

And you know what? I couldn't even. So we ended up getting two which I couldn't choose between. Further more, this morning feeling rather hungry after the treadmill at the gym, I once again stood staring at the choice in my kitchen; Wheatbix's, Plus with sultanas and bran, Muesli, Wheatbix berry bites. And of course, the decision eluded me, and so here I am on my second bowl of a different variety.
